Picktenants provides a limited 2 years warranty on Smart Lock and 1 year warranty for Smart Meter from the date of purchase, covering only manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, external or consumable parts, cosmetic damage.
• Misuse, improper installation, battery leakage, chemical contact, or natural disasters.
• Unauthorized repair, modification, or use of non-approved parts.
• Use of batteries other than alkaline AA batteries in Smart Locks.
• Manpower and transportation fees (which remain the customer’s responsibility).

The warranty is valid only with proof of purchase and in accordance with the stated conditions.

Warranty covers refurbishment of defective parts for Smart Lock and Smart Meter. For Smart Locks, please return the physical key if the full lock body is claimed.
