  • 1. Purpose

    PickTenants provides a platform to assist landlords, tenants, and property managers in managing property rental information and related activities.

  • 2. Accuracy of Data

    All users are responsible for ensuring that the information they enter or upload on the Platform is true, accurate, and up to date. PickTenants does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by users, and shall not be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or misleading data submitted through the Platform.

  • 3. User Responsibility

    Users are fully responsible for how they use the Platform and any services, tools, or features provided. PickTenants does not act as an agent, intermediary, or legal representative for any party and does not verify user identities or the validity of listings, agreements, or communications.

    PickTenants shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, cost, or consequence arising from:

    • Misuse or unauthorized use of the Platform or its services;
    • Any transactions, communications, or arrangements made between users; or
    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.

    Users agree that no claim shall be made against PickTenants or its representatives for any misuse, misrepresentation, or reliance on any content, data, or services made available through the Platform.

  • 5. Data Protection

    PickTenants will take reasonable steps to safeguard user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, users acknowledge that online systems carry inherent security risks and that PickTenants cannot guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access or breaches.

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
